History Teacher Mr. Matthew Valji explained that after World War II there was, “there was a general understanding about a rules-based system, such as not using tanks to invade countries and change borders.” In February 2022, Russia used tanks to invade Ukraine in an attempt to annex Ukraine and change the European borders.
