Cate Freundt joined The Tower as a sophomore in the 2019-2020 school year. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, playing soccer and lacrosse, and riding horses. Last year, she competed in barrel racing. Even though she is a tried and true California girl, she doesn't like avocados. Although Cate spends most of her time at school, she would rather be out enjoying nature or swimming in the Pacific Ocean. She looks forward to growing as a writer on The Tower staff and making new friends along the way!
